Do yourself a favor in Pisa and go just a few steps further than all of the tourist restaurants to this beautiful restaurant. Their back terrace is cool and quiet and peaceful and their food is unbelievable. I would have drank the tomato sauce if it was appropriate.

The food was great, had the tagliata di manzo (sliced beef) with porcini mushrooms, the salsiccia and the tiramisu and they were all great (tho I forgot to take photos of the mains). Pricier than most of the nearby restaurants, that is true, but good quality

I wish I could give this restaurant 6 stars. Loved both the experience and the food at this traditional Tuscan restaurant, frequented by locals it was reassuringly good. Food arrived very promptly fresh and piping hot.

Olio e Parmigiano was a fantastic find just a short walk from the busy Pisa center. The food was authentic Italian, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Our group, a mix of vegetarians and non-vegetarians, enjoyed perfectly made pasta, pizza, and ravioli. The service was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. Both kids and adults loved every bite! A must-visit for a great meal in Pisa.

Delicious and relaxing experience! Cute garden seating with shade and fans and birds chirping. I got the noodles with cod, capers and olives and it was refreshing. My mom got the salmon ravioli and loved her dish. Also Cafe americano hit the spot.

My husband and I came here lunch to get our fix of fresh pasta and it did not disappoint! Small restaurant, calm and quiet atmosphere. Fresh pasta and ingredients - we got the prosciutto bruschetta; mushroom and sausage tagliolini; and olio, garlic, burrata pici. Everything was amazing! Even the bread was so soft and fluffy, perfect for getting every last drop of the delicious sauce. Spritz’s were refreshing pair. Highly recommend!!
